Pour Commencer

10.Placez l’écouteur dans son support pour la charge initiale. N’oubliez pas qu’il faut charger le téléphone pendant au moins 12 heures avant de l’utiliser pour la première fois.

INSTALLATION DE LA PILE

Le Clarity 420 utilise une pile rechargeable 3,6 V 600 mAHr NiMH à 3 accumulateurs (type AAA), fournie avec l’appareil.

LA PILE DU COMBINÉ DOIT ÊTRE RACCORDÉE AVANT D’EFFECTUER LE CHARGEMENT INITIAL.

Enlevez le couvercle du compartiment de la pile et raccordez la fiche de l’unité de pile au connecteur correspondant (Figure A).

La pile du combiné doit être entièrement chargée pendant 12 heures avant la pre- mière utilisation du téléphone.

Instructions-:

1.Enlevez le couvercle du comparti- ment de la pile.

2.Installez la nouvelle pile.

3.Connectez l’unité de pile.

4.Replacez le couvercle de la pile.

5.Chargez pendant 12 heures avant la première utilisation.

Chargement de la pile du combiné

Placez le combiné dans la base. Le TÉMOIN DE CHARGE de la base devient ROUGE.

Une fois que la pile est entièrement char- gée, vérifiez la présence d’une tonalité en appuyant sur TALK (communication/parler) sur le combiné.

Indicateur de pile déchargée

Lorsque la pile du combiné est déchargée, vous entendez deux (2) bips toutes les 30 secondes et la touche TALK clignote. Si elle devient déchargée pendant que vous faites un appel, la communication s’interrompt après environ deux (2) minutes. Mettez fin

àl’appel, puis procédez au chargement de la pile. Pour ce faire, il suffit de placer le combiné sur sa base.

1.Lorsque vous faites charger la pile, assurez-vous que les points de contact sont bien en contact et que le TÉMOIN DE CHARGE est allumé.

2.Prenez soin d’éviter les possibilités de court-circuit entre la pile et des objets conducteurs tels qu’une bague, un bracelet ou une clé.
