PROBLEM

Reduced steam flow into cooking Compartment.

Steam flow does not stop when timer stops.

Water leaking from bottom of Cabinet.

Water leaking from water pipes or drain lines.

Food takes too long to cook. (Cook in perforated pans when possible.)

Compartment bottom dirty with food drippings.

POSSIBLE CAUSE

Steamer not level

Hot Water to con denser

Steam generator scale buildup.

Steam nozzle scale buildup.

Steam solenoids scale buildup

Electric models only

Voltage too low for unit.

Electric models only

Faulty heating element or controls.

Operating in manual mode.

Stuck open steam valve

Inoperative five controls inside Cabinet.

broken or loose plumbing inside steamer cabinet.

Plumbing needs repair

Not enough steam movement in compartment. Hot water con- Connected to condenser line.

Pans too close to the bottom of cabinet.

Steam generator scale buildup. approved descaler

Compartment overloaded with too much food.

Voltage too low for unit.

Suggested cooking times are

Put less food in pan. Use fewer pans.

Extend cooking times for altitudes above 2500 FEET.

Put a solid pan under perforated pans to catch drippings, or put less food in pan.
