While PTT Talk Button is depressed you cannot receive incoming calls.
PRESS AND
HOLD
Press and hold PTT Talk Button. The transmit LED will light up in red.
Hold mic about 2 inches from mouth. Speak in a normal voice.
RELEASE FOR
RESPONSE
Release 
PTT Talk Button and listen for response.

PTT Talk Button to receive incoming transmissions.
Your microTALK PR 900 DX is always in the Standby Mode when the 
PTT Talk Button is not pressed and you are not in Mode Function. See Advanced Features section on page 14.
