Power Connection

AC Power

This unit runs on AC 120V power.
Plug the AC Power Cord into a 120V household e lectrical wall outl et.
Do not connect the power plug to a power outlet oth-
er than that which is indicated here or on the label as
this may result in the risk of re or elec tric shock.
Do not handle the power plug with wet hands. Doi ng
so may cause electric shock.

Battery Backup

The battery backup fun ction maint ains the clock ti me should the AC
power be interrupted. When power is restored , the correct time will
be displayed.
The battery compartme nt is located on the bott om of the unit. Con-
nect one 9-volt battery (not in cluded) to the batter y terminals in the
battery compartment.
The time will not be d isplayed nor will any functions
be available during power failure.
