ELECTRIC ATTACHMENT CLUTCHES

STEP 41: (SEE FtGURE 41)

*Attach the two suspension arms to the inside of the clutch/idler assembly using two 5/16" x 3/4" hex bolts

(E)> 5/16" washers (U) and 5/16" nylock nuts COO)for each arm. Place the washers between the arms and

the assembly frame

*Pace the extra tensioning chain (PP) through the left front hole in the cluteh4dler assembly and then turn the assembly upside down

Hook the spring from the parts bag through the end of the tensioning chain

Hook the other end of the spring onto the bottom of the bolt and nut which secure the idler pulley to the upper idler arm. Hold the bolt head and assemble a 3/8" hex lock nut (DD) onto the bolt, leaving enough space for the spring to pivot freely between the two nuts.

Attach a 3/32" hairpin cotter (LL) to the chain, placing it in the fifth link from the spring•

Set aside the belt that is not for your tractor to avoid accidentally using it
