IMPORTANTE: Es importante prevenir la formación del depósito de gomas en partes esenciales del sistema de combustible, tales como el carburador, el filtro de combustible, manguera o el tanque durante el periodo de almacenaje. Asimismo, la experiencia indica que los combustible con alcohol (llamados gasohol o los que usan etanol o metanol) pueden atraer humedad, lo cual conduce a la separación y formación de ácidos durante el almacenaje. La acidez del gas puede dañar el sistema de combustible de un motor mientras este se encuentra almacenado. Para evitar problemas al motor, el sistema de combustible debe ser vaciado ante de su almacenaje por periodos de 30 días o mayores. Jamás use productos limpiadores del motor o el carburador en el tanque de combustible, porque podrían ocurrir daños permanentes.

Preparación del motor

•Primeramente agregue estabilizador de combustible al tanque.

•Haga funcionar la lavadora a presión durante 5 minutos a fin de permitir la entrada del estabilizador a todo el sistema de combustible.

•

Lo siguiente será detener el motor y desconectar el suministro del agua.

•Desconecte el cable de la bujía y extraiga a esta.

•Agregue una cucharadita de té con aceite a través del orificio de la bujía.

•Coloque un trapo encima del orificio de la bujía y tire del arranque un par de veces a fin de lubricar la cámara de combustión.

•Reponga la bujía, pero no conecte su cable.

BOMBA

1.Drene toda el agua de la manguera de alta presión, enróllela y guárdela en el soporte del manillar de la lavadora a presión.

2.Drene toda el agua de la pistola rociadora y de la varilla rociadora sosteniendo la pistola rociadora en posición vertical, con el extremo de la boquilla apuntando hacia abajo y presionando el gatillo. Almacene la pistola y manguera en el soporte del manillar de la lavadora a presión.

3.Guarde la manguera de productos químicos, la manguera de alta presión, la pistola rociadora y la varilla rociadora de forma tal que queden protegidas de ser dañadas, tales como ser pisoteadas.

The manufacturer recommends using a pump protector/winterizer when storing the unit for more than 30 days and/or when freezing temperatures are expected. If a pump protector/winterizer is not available, *RV antifreeze needs to be run through the pump as outlined in the steps below.

NOTE: Using a pump protector/winterizer or *RV antifreeze is to provide proper lubrication to the internal seals of the pump regardless of temperature or environment.

4.Obtenga un embudo, 0,178 litros de anticongelante *RV y - aproximadamente - 91,5 cm (36 pulgadas) de manguera de jardín, con un conector macho en un extremo.

Use solamente anticongelante RV.

Cualquier otro anticongelante resulta corrosivo y puede dañar la bomba.

5.Desconecte el cable de la bujía.

6.Conecte la manguera de 91,5 cm (36 pulgadas) a la entrada de agua de la bomba.

7.Agregue anticongelante *RV a la manguera tal como se muestra.
