4.Click the OK button to close the dialog box.

5.Shut down your computer and then remove the modem.

2.In the Control Panel window, double-click the Modems icon.

3.In the Modem Properties dialog box, select Standard Modem and then click the Remove button.

Installing NetWaiting

In order to use the Modem On Hold functions, you must install NetWaiting. Modem On Hold is only supported in Windows 98, ME and 2000.
