5.Separe con cuidado el montaje de la tolva de la caja del motor y póngalo a un lado.

6.Coloque un trozo de madera dentro de la abertura del deflector del canal para estabilizar el motor y evitar que el mismo gire cuando saque la cuchilla de la trituradora.

7.Saque los dos tornillos hexagonales internos, las tuercas de seguridad hexagonales y arandelas de seguridad que sujetan la cuchilla de la trituradora al motor. Vea la Fig.

7-3B.

NOTA: Use una llave hexagonal de 3/16” (Allen) en el exterior de la cuchilla de la trituradora y una llave de tubo de 1/2” (o cubo) en el interior de la cuchilla de la trituradora. Sostenga la llave Allen quieta y gire la llave de tubo (o cubo) para aflojar la tuerca.

8.Saque el perno hexagonal, la arandela de seguridad y la arandela plana para liberar totalmente la cuchilla de la trituradora. Vea la Fig. 7-3C.

IMPORTANTE: Cuando afile la cuchilla para volver a usarla, siga el ángulo original de molido como guía. Compruebe que cada extremo de corte sea desbastado de igual manera para evitar que la cuchilla quede desequilibrada. Saque el metal del lado pesado hasta que quede bien balanceada.

IMPORTANTE: Cuando vuelva a montar la cuchilla ajuste el bulón central con un par de torsión de entre 45 y 58 pies- libras y los dos bulones exteriores con un par de torsión de entre 20 y 25 pies.-libras.

Almacenamiento Fuera de Temporada

•Almacenando la cortadora trituradora en un cobertizo de almacenaje no ventilado o metálico, el cuidado debería ser tomado a inoxidable las superficies no pintadas. Usando un petróleo ligero o silicona, cubra el equipo, sobre todo cualquier primavera, portes, y cables.

•Quite toda la suciedad del exterior de motor y equipo.

•Siga recomendaciones de lubricación.

•Consulte el manual del motor para conocer las instrucciones para el almacenamiento correcto del mismo.

•Equipo de tienda en un área limpia, seca. No almacene en un área donde el equipo está presente que puede usar un piloto o tiene un componente que puede cree una chispa.
