Device Configuration > Multi-SSID

If you want to configure the Guest and Internal networks on Virtual LAN (VLANs), the switch and DHCP server you are using must support VLANs. As a prerequisite step, configure a port on the switch for handling VLAN tagged packets as described in the IEEE802.1Q standard.

Master SSID:

Guest SSID: Security:

The Master SSID and Security can not be changed here. Those values follow the settings in Home > Wireless.

When you Enable Guest SSID you can name each guest SSID.

The Security options for these three Guest SSIDs are Open System or Shared Key.

Note: Security Setting Limit:

When the Primary SSID is set to use one key index for WEP, you can use 3 other key indexes for Guest SSIDs.

If the Primary SSID is set to 802.1x, WPA/WPA2-EAP/WPA2-PSK, WPA-Auto-EAP, or WPA-Auto-PSK, you can only use No Security for Guest SSIDs.
