Embossing and Indent Type

The Datacard 150i, 280, and 450 printers support the embossing and indent type sets listed in Table 3.

The printer uses an area on all sides to hold the card during embossing. If you try to place embossed text in this area, an error occurs and the embossed font will not print. If a character isn’t available in the printer/embosser, that character is ignored.
