Replacing the Battery-

Connector Board

Procedure

1Align the screw holes on the battery-connector board with the screw holes on the computer base.

2Press the battery-connector board down into position.

3Replace the screws that secure the battery-connector board to the computer base.

Post-requisites

1Replace the palm rest.

2Replace the keyboard.

3Follow the procedures from step 4 to step 5 in replacing the optical drive.

4Follow the procedures from step 3 to step 5 in replacing the hard drive.

5Replace the base cover.

6Replace the battery.
