Replacing the Camera Module

Procedure

1Align the camera module on the display back-cover.

2Replace the screw that secures the camera module to the display back-cover.

3Adhere the tape that secures the camera module to the display back-cover.

4Connect the camera cable to the connector on the camera module.

3Replace the palm-rest. See "Replacing the Palm-Rest" on page 35.

4Replace the keyboard. See "Replacing the Keyboard" on page 29.

5Replace the optical-drive assembly. See "Replacing the Optical-Drive Assembly" on page 21.

6Replace the hard-drive assembly. See "Replacing the Hard-Drive Assembly" on page 25.

7Follow the instructions from step 3 and step 4 in "Replacing the Memory Module(s)" on page 17.

8Replace the battery. See "Replacing the Battery" on page 13.

9Follow the instructions in "After Working Inside Your Computer" on page 9.
