Listening to Preset Stations
Use [NUMBER] (0 ~ 9, +10) or [CH –/8, CH +/9] to select the preset number.
Naming the CurrentlyTuned in Broadcast Station
Names of up to 8 characters can be input.
1Press [MENU/SET] three times.
2Press [2/u] or [8/i]. The name input mode is set.
3Use [2/u, 8/i] to select the character, then press [6/p] to set.

A to Z, 0 to 9, ^ ’ ( ) * + ,
b Press [4/o, 6/p] to move the cursor. b Press [CLEAR] to delete characters.
4When the name has been entered, press [5/ENTER] to confirm the entry.
If a preset number has not been registered for the broadcast station
you have entered, you are prompted to enter it now. Set the number to be preset using
nChanging the Broadcast Station Name
q Call out the preset name to be changed, then press [MENU/SET] three times.
wUse [4/o, 6/p] to select the character to be changed, then press
[CLEAR].

1Set the iPod on the DENON Control Dock for iPod. (vSee the control dock for iPod’s operating instructions.)
2Press <SOURCE> or [LINE1/LINE2] to select “iPod”.

Listening to Audio
1Use [2/u, 8/i] to select the item, then press [5/ENTER] to select the music file to be played.
2Press [iPod 1/3].
Playback starts.
•If the function is set to something other than “iPod”, press [iPod 1/3] to switch the function to “iPod” and start playback. (vpage 22 “Auto Function Selector Function”.)
•The function can also be switched to “iPod” using <SOURCE> or
[LINE1/LINE2].
nStopping playback temporarily
During playback, press [iPod 1/3].
Press again to resume playback.
nFast-forwarding or fast-reversing
During playback, either press and hold
nTo cue to the beginning of a track
During playback, press
nTo perform Repeat/Random playback (Browse mode only)
Press [REPEAT/RANDOM].
