8.4Inserting the dust container and filter

When you want to reinsert the dust container together with the filter, proceed as follows:
1.Ensure that the appliance is switched off (On/Off switch in the "0" position).
2.Put the dust container with inserted filter back into the dust container compartment (Fig. 33).
3.Forcefully fit the dust container cover back on (Fig. 34). It will audibly click into place.
4.First, fit on the cover of the dust container compartment so that the 3 tabs on the cover engage in the 3 slots in the dust container cover provided for this purpose (Fig. 35).
5.Then press on the back of the cover of the dust container compartment (Fig. 36). It will tangibly and audibly snap into place.
NOTE:
The appliance can only be switched on if the cover is correctly fitted on.
NOTE:
If you have taken off the cover when the appliance is switched on, you must switch the appliance off and then switch it on again. The appliance will then start up.
