Connecting headphones

Note: Headphones are not included.

To connect headphones:

•Plug the headphones into the headphone jack on the left side of your TV. When headphones are plugged in, no sound comes from the speakers.

Turning your TV on and off

To turn your TV on and off:

1Plug the power cord into a power outlet. The power indicator on the front of your TV lights red.

2Press to turn on your TV. The power indicator turns blue. Several seconds later, the video image appears on your TV’s screen.

3Press again to turn off (put in standby mode) your TV.

Warning: When you turn off your TV, electrical power is still connected to it until the power cord is unplugged.

Selecting the TV signal source

To select the TV signal source:

1Press MENU. The OSD opens.

2Pressorto highlight TV, then press to enter the TV menu.

3Pressorto highlight Tuner Mode, then press or to select Antenna or Cable.

Selecting the video source

Depending on the video device you have connected to your TV, you can select TV, A/V, S-Video, Component, VGA, or HDMI as the video source.

To select the video source:

•Press and hold INPUT until the source you want appears.

•Or, press INPUT. When the list of video sources appears, press an arrow button to select the source, then press ENTER.
