Maintenance and Cleaning
Before any maintenance or cleaning work is carried out DISCONNECT
the appliance from the ELECTRICITY supply.

• Do not use detergents, abrasive powders, highly perfumed cleaning
products, wax polishes or cleaning products containing bleach or
alcohol.
• Do not use abrasive products
• There are sharp edges on the underside of the product so care should
be taken when cleaning.
0 1. Remove frozen goods, pack them in several layers of newspaper, cover
them and store them in a cool place.
2. Switch appliance off by pressing and holding the ON/OFF button for
approximately 1 second.
3. Remove the mains plug or switch off or turn out the circuit breaker or
fuse.
4. Clean the appliance and the interior accessories with a cloth and luke-
warm water with a little mild washing-up liquid in it.
5. After cleaning wipe with fresh water and rub dry.
6. Regularly check the door seals and wipe clean to ensure they are clean
and free from debris.
2 Accumulation of dust at the condenser increases energy consumption.
For this reason carefully clean the condenser at the back of the
appliance once a year with a soft brush or a vacuum cleaner.
7. After everything is dry turn the appliance back on.
