By selecting the “CATEGORY” of food to be preserved, the ap- pliance creates the right balance between temperature and humidity in the chamber for optimum preservation of the par- ticular product stored.

CATEGORY n. 2 cheese and meat dishes
CATEGORY n. 3 fruit and vegetables
CATEGORY n. 4 drinks.
Keeping button pressed down will display the selected cat- egory;

once selected, if a selection is not made after 5 seconds, the last category displayed will be confirmed automatically and stored.

"HIGH HUMIDITY ON/OFF" button can be pressed to make the appliance operate with a high humidity level. An indicator light comes on when the high humidity function is selected.
With button pressed (High RU %):

With button released (Low RU %):
