What to do, if …

… the oven does not heat up?

Check whether
– the appliance is switched on,
– all the necessary settings have been made,
– a house fuse is defective.
If you do not find any of these malfunctions, call an approved electri-
cian or customer service.

… the oven cannot be switched off?

Switch the fuse off and call an approved electrician or customer ser-
vice.

… the oven door does not close?

Clean the door and seal with soap and water and a damp cloth.

… the oven lighting ceases to work?

Replace the light bulb in the oven (see Cleaning and Care).

… the meat thermometer is defective?

Do no t continue to use a defective meat thermometer.
