To set a countdown. When it has count- ed down, an audible signal sounds. This function has no effect on the oper- ation of the microwave and oven.

•After a clock function has been se- lected, the corresponding symbol flashes for about 5 seconds. During this time, the desired times can be

•When the desired time has been set, the symbol continues to flash for approx. 5 seconds. After this the symbol lights up. The set Countdown begins to count down.

•The time set for Cook time and End time begins to count down after the selected function starts.
