Auto Defrost

	There are 6 foods (ground meat, stakes/chops/fish,								NOTES

Auto Defrost chart
	Food	Amount							Procedure
	1. Ground Meat	0.5 - 3.0 lb		Remove any thawed pieces after each stage. Let stand, covered, for
		0.3 - 1.3 kg		5 to 10 minutes.
	2. Steaks/Chops/	0.5 - 4.0 lb		After each stage, rearrange and if there are warm or thawed portions,
