Remote Control Unit

1.POWER

Switches power ON/OFF. Refer to P.23.

2.DIGITS – 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9, +10

Used for direct selection of menu choices, audio tracks, and other input such as time etc. Under Tuner mode, stores FM station FREQ, up to 20 stations can be stored. Refer to P.28 & P.29.

3.ANGLE

If the DVD disc contains multiple view angles, this button will change the viewing angle displayed by the DVD player. Refer to P.27.

4.A-B

Display A-B repeat playback. Refer to P.26.

5.REPEAT

Shows repeat playback for one title, or all titles on the disc. Refer to P.26.

6.VOLUME – & +

Reduce / Increase the volume of analog audio output. Refer to P.31.

7.SET UP

Customizes settings. Refer to P.13.

8.AMP VOL

Switches volume adjustment between all and each channel Left, Center, Right, Rear Left, Rear right. Refer to P.31

9.

Fast reverse scans during playback. Toggles between X2, X4, X6, and X8 or for back search of Tuner stations. Refer to P.24 & P.29.

10.

Goes back to the previous chapter during play. Under tuner mode, turns in previous lower FREQ station. Refer to P.23 & P.30.

11.S

Used for navigation within a selection menu. Refer to P.26

12.W

Used for navigation within a selection menu and for lower FREQ fine-tuning when the Tuner is on. Refer to P.26 & P.30.

13.DISPLAY

On-Screen display of the DVD player’s operational status. Refer to P.22.

14./

Pause or stops the playback. Push this button once for pause and twice for pre-stop and thrice for full stop (DVD MODE). Push this button once for pause and twice for stop (VCD MODE) Refer to P.25.

15. SLOW

Engages slow-motion forward/reverse playback. Refer to P.24.

16. ZOOM

Enters the zoom mode (X1.5, X2, X3) during playback.

17.T

Used for navigation within a selection menu. Refer to P.26

18.X

Used for navigation within a selection menu and for lower FREQ fine-tuning when the Tuner is on. Refer to P.26 & P.30.

19.ENTER/PLAY

Confirms selection of an item in the menu or starts playing the disc. Refer to P.23 & P.26.

Skips to the next chapter during play. Under tuner mode, turns in next higher FREQ station. Refer to P.23

&P.30.

21.

Fast-forward scans during playback. Toggles between X2, X4, X6, and X8 or for forward search of Tuner stations. Refer to P.24 & P.29.

22. MUTE

Use to mute the sound of playback.

23. AUDIO

During playback of a DVD disc with two or more audio languages, this button changes between the audio languages played. Refer to P.27.

24. GOTO

Enables search mode by title/chapter and time. Refer to P.28.

25. DVD MENU

Some DVDs have complex submenus. This button allows access to these submenus. The button turns on/off the Playback Control function during SVCD or VCD playback. Refer to P.26.

26. SUBTITLE

During playback of DVD discs with two or more subtitle languages, this button toggles between available subtitle languages. Refer to P.27.

27. INPUT

Switches between DVD, AUX-INPUT, TV, VCR and TUNER mode. Refer to P.28.

28. OPEN/CLOSE

Opens or close disc tray. Refer to P.23.
