Replacing a TPL-B Fuse
Procedure
Note: Refer to Figure 4-5 as this procedure is performed.
1) Open the distribution ca binet’s front door by turning the latch in the
counterclockwise position.
2) Remove the fuse case f rom the mounted fuse block by grasping its handle and
pulling it straight out.
3) Open the fuse case.
4) Remove the open f use from the fuse case and replace it with the same type and
rating.
5) Close the fuse case.
6) Push the fuse case s ecurely back into the mounted fuse block.
7) Replace the alarm fuse located in the front of the TPL-B fuse block. Replace
only with a fuse of the same type and rating. Ensure that a plastic safety cover is
installed on the alarm fuse.
8) Close the distribut ion cabinet’s front door. Turn the latch clockwise to secure the
door.
