Rechargeable Flashlight Operation
The flashlight must be properly placed in the cradle and inserted into the Charging Tube for charging to begin.
Place the flashlight in the charging cradle as shown. Push the back end of the flashlight into the charging tube in the direction of the arrow as shown until the front end of the flashlight is positioned behind the flashlight retaining tab. This tab holds the flashlight in the charging tube. The flashlight must be held in this position in order for charging to begin.
1.) The flashlight is being placed in the cradle.

2.) The flashlight is being pushed into the charging tube and locked in place behind the flashlight retaining tab.

IMPORTANT: The flashlight must be charged in the charging cradle for 24 hours before initial use. When the radio is connected to the AC outlet and the flashlight is properly positioned in the charging cradle the Red “Charging” indicator in the flashlight AUTO 
/OFF 
switch comes ‘on’.
