Connecting an External Monitor

The VIDEO port on your computer allows you to connect an external color or monochrome VGA monitor. When a monitor is connected, you can displayd data on either the LCD screen, the monitor, or both at the same time. You can also display higher-resolution video modes on the external monitor.

Follow these steps to connect a monitor:1. Make sure both the computer and the monitor are turned off.
