It takes a long time to start EpsonNet WinAssist.

Double-click Network in Control Panel, and then double-click the network adapter that does not use the IPX/SPX-compatible protocol. Clear the items related to IPX to unbind IPX.

The printers on the IPX network do not appear in the EpsonNet WinAssist dialog box.
