½ cup Aquaguard water | } |

●Turn freezer to coldest. Mix sugar, water, lemon rind in a pan and cook till sugar is dissolved.
●Purée plums after removing the seeds. Add this purée to the syrup.
●Pour mixture into ice cube tray. Freeze until firm but not hard.
●Turn mixture into a blender or food processor. Churn till smooth.

300 ml tomato juice
200 ml apple juice
200 ml grape juice
100 ml orange juice
1 bottle Limca
4 tsp lime juice
1 tsp mint juice
Crushed ice, made from Aquaguard water Sweet lime slices and mint leaves for garnishing salt and pepper to taste
Method
Dip the rims of the glasses in water and then in salt. Keep aside. Mix all the other ingredients together except the garnish. Shake in a cocktail shaker. Add crushed ice. Serve with sweet lime slices and mint leaves.
