How to recognise a fault code

When a fault has occurred, the DishDrawer® will continuously beep every second.

The fault code will be displayed on the wash programme selector.

Each fault code is shown in the following chart.

How to attend to a fault code

1Press the How to recognise a fault code/ How to attend to a fault code button briefly to stop the beeping.

2Press the Manual background / Manual background button to turn the DishDrawer® off. Wait a few seconds.

3 Press the Manual background/ Manual background button to turn the DishDrawer® back on.

Has the fault code disappeared? >YES > You can continue to use your DishDrawer®.

NO

4Open the DishDrawer and note down the fault code.

5Unplug the DishDrawer® or turn it off at the power supply.

6Check the chart overleaf and try correcting the fault where possible, following the instructions in the ‘What to do’ column.

Has the fault code disappeared? >YES > You can continue to use your DishDrawer®.

NO

7Unplug the DishDrawer® or turn it off at the power supply.

8Call your Authorised Service Centre or Customer Care and advise them of the fault code. This information will help them respond to your request.
