1)Cihaz›n›z kullanma k›lavuzunda belirtilen flekilde kullan›lmas› flart›yla bütün parçalar› dahil olmak üzere malzeme, montaj ve iflçilik kusurlar›ndan do¤abilecek ar›zalara karfl› teslim tarihinden itibaren ' y›l süre ile garanti edilmifltir.

2)Mal›n garanti süresi içinde ar›zalanmas› durumunda tamirde geçen süre garanti süresine eklenir. Mal›n tamir süresi en fazla 30 ifl günüdür. Bu süre, mal›n servis istasyonuna, servis istasyonu olmamas› halinde mal›n sat›c›s›, bayi acentesi, temsilcili¤i, ithalatç›s› veya imalatç›s›ndan birisine bildirim tarihinden itibaren bafllar.

3)Mal›n garanti süresi içerisinde, gerek malzeme ve iflçilik, gerekse montaj hatalar›ndan dolay› ar›zalanmas› halinde iflçilik masraf›, de¤ifltirilen parça bedeli ya da herhangi bir ad alt›nda hiçbir ücret talep edilmeksizin tamiri yap›lacakt›r.

4)Mal›n,

*Teslim tarihinden itibaren garanti süresi içinde kalmak kayd› ile bir y›l içinde, ayn› ar›zay› ikiden fazla tekrarlamas› veya farkl› ar›zalar›n dörtten fazla ortaya ç›kmas› sonucu, maldan yararlan›lamamas›n›n süreklilik kazanmas›,

*Tamiri için gereken azami sürenin afl›lmas›,

*Yetkili servis istasyonunun, servis istasyonunun mevcut olmamas› durumunda s›ras›yla sat›c›s›, bayi acentesi, temsilcili¤i, ithalatç›s› veya imalatç›s›ndan birisinin düzenleyece¤i raporla ar›zan›n tamirinin

mümkün olmad›¤›n›n belirlenmesi durumunda, ücretsiz olarak de¤ifltirme yap›lacakt›r.

5) Afla¤›daki durumlarda cihaz garanti kapsam› d›fl›ndad›r.

*Cihaz›n kullanma talimat›nda belirtilen durumlara ayk›r› bir flekilde kullan›lmas›ndan do¤an ar›zalar

*Tüketiciye teslimden sonra oluflabilecek k›r›k, çizik ve hasarlar, (tafl›ma, çarpma, düflürme vs.)

*Mamulü uygun olmayan elektrik tesisat›nda veya kullan›lmas› öngörülen voltaj d›fl›nda kullanma

*Montaj›n FRANKE yetkili servis personeli d›fl›nda herhangi bir kifli taraf›ndan yap›lmas› halinde gereken

onar›m için yetkili servise baflvurmadan önce FRANKE Yetkili Servis Personeli d›fl›nda bir

kimsenin cihaz› ambalaj›ndan ç›kartm›fl olmas›, cihaz›n onar›m›na, bak›m›na tadiline kalk›flm›fl olmas› durumlar›nda

Yukar›da belirtilen maddeler kapsam›nda olan ar›zalar ücret karfl›l›¤› tamir edilir.

6)Garanti belgesi ile ilgili olarak ç›kabilecek sorunlar için Sanayi ve Ticaret Bakanl›¤›, Tüketicinin ve Rekabetin Korunmas› Genel Müdürlü¤ü’ne baflvurulabilir.
