ÉTAPE 1 Glisser le châssis dans l’enveloppe jusqu’à environ 3 pouces (75 mm) du fond. Mettre le joint d’étanchéité du châssis (réf.

14)en place à un pouce (25 mm) entre le châssis et l’enveloppe (consulter la Figure P). Commencer dans un des coins, monter sur un côté, traverser en haut et descendre de l’autre côté. Véri!er que le joint est derrière le raccord du conduit (le plus loin). Enfoncer le châssis dans l’enveloppe jusqu’au fond pour que le panneau avant en plastique recouvre le bord avant de l’enveloppe. Avec les vis pour tôle, installer la patte du boîtier de branchement sur l’enveloppe.

Si le joint d’étanchéité du châssis n’est pas installé, l’appareil ne fonctionnera pas comme il se doit. Le bruit dû au fonc- tionnement et les bruits provenant de l’extérieur seront également ampli!és.

REMARQUE - L’installation du circuit d’alimentation jusqu’au boîtier de branchement doit être conforme aux codes nationaux et locaux (aux États-Unis, NATIONAL ELECTRIC CODE NFPA70, 2008 ARTICLE 501). La mise à la terre doit être faite sur la vis verte du boîtier de branchement fourni. Utiliser les écrous borgnes pour !ls (pas fournis) pour brancher les !ls d’alimentation.Installer le joint et le couvercle sur le boîtier de branchement.
