Before contacting the authorized service center in case of problems while using your range, check if the cause is related one of the failures mentioned below, that can be easily repaired without the presence of a technician.

Burner does not light on

Correct knob has not been selected.	Check the correct knob and follow
	instructions on "how to use" the gas
	range.
Breaker of the house is disconnected	Turn the breaker on or call a qualified
	person.
or there is not electric power.
Gas tap is closed.	Open gas tap.
Flame is yellow /red.	Check if there is enough gas in the
	cylinder or if the burner is dirty or humid.
Door is foggy
There is humidity on the glass	This is normal depending of the weather
	conditions. Light the oven and wait for
	some minutes.

Oven light does not turn on ( only some models)

Lamp is broken or there is not lamp.	Replace lamp
There is not electric power	Check if the power cord is plug, and if
	there is electricity on the outlet. Check
	if the breaker is OK.
Fumes from the oven
Oven dirty of grease or sauce	Clean the oven after each use, follow
	cleaning instructions.

There is humidity on the food and internal wall of the oven

What to do when you smell gas?

1.Do not turn on any type of switch in the house or on the oven.

2.Do not light matches, lighters or any other object that generates combustion.

3.Turn all the knobs on the OFF position.

4.Close and disconnect the gas valve from you device.

5.Open doors and window to get air circulating in the room.

6.Open and re-connect the gas connection.

Attention

If the smell persists, close or disconnect the valve and call the authorized costumer service.
