1. Open the cabinet and slide the JIB
from the cabinet (see Figure 5).

2. Remove the cap and pour any remaining oil in the
container into all fry vats equally (see Figure 6).

3. With the jug upright remove the cap
and foil seal (see Figure 7).

4. Put the tube in the new full container (see Figure 8).

5. Slide the JIB onto the shelf inside the fryer cabinet (as
seen in Figure 5).
6. Press the JIB reset switch to turn the yellow JIB LED
off (see Figure 9).
WARNING:
Do not add HOT or
USED oil to a JIB.
