Plug is in the bottom of the
filter pan or in the line from the
filter to the pump.
Disconnect the tubing from the filter pan to the motor. Make sure the pipe is cool.

The line is clogged.
The line is clear.
Reconnect hose to the
pump inlet.
Run a cable through the line to clear clogs.
Continue until you can
blow air through it.
Turn pump ON.

the oil return line
system.
Yes
Conduct normal filter operations.
Contact your
Factory
Authorized
Servicer.
Disconnect the oil return line running from the pump to the oil return valve. Clean the pipe to remove residual shortening.
Disconnect the oil return line running from the oil return valve to the frypot. Clean the pipe to remove residual shortening.
Reconnect the oil
return lines.
Turn pump ON.
