Charging the Battery

The battery is not fully charged at shipment and must be fully charged before being used.

•Any contact between the battery terminals could cause the battery to short circuit and overheat.

•Always use the Rechargeable Battery NP-70 (included). The use of other brands of rechargeable battery could cause faults or damage to the camera.

•Do not split or peel outer labels of the battery.
