CPoint the infrared port on the transmitting camera directly at the infrared port on the receiving camera (➝p.11). Transmission distance is about 5 to 20 cm (2 to 7.9 in.) within approx. 15°.

DPress MENU/OK to begin transmission. When transmission is completed, [TRANSMISSION COMPLETED] will appear on the LCD monitor.
