Getting Started

The Stylistic 2300™ pen tablet is a high-performance, pen-based computer that is designed to support Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows NT. This chapter provides an overview of the Stylistic 2300 pen tablet and its features.

Included with the Stylistic 2300 Pen Tablet

The following items are included with the Stylistic 2300 pen tablet:

•Stylistic 2300 pen kit (includes pen, spare pen battery, and three spare pen tips)

•Stylistic 2300 battery pack (shipped installed in the Stylistic 2300 pen tablet)

•AC adapter

•Screen protectors (quantity: 2)

•Hard disk drive with operating system installed (shipped installed in the pen tablet)

•56 Kbps* internal modem (V.90)†: 53 Kbps receive/33.6 Kkbps send/14.4 Kbps fax

•Operating system user’s guide with certificate of authenticity for operating system software

*The 56 Kbps rate is nominal; due to FCC restrictions, actual rates are limited to 53 Kbps.

†The internal modem is available as an option in North America only.
