Executive Ringer

Incoming calls for the Executive can be forced to the Secretary answering:-

Activate Executive Ringer

-press Exec Ringer key on secretary extension

-Exec Ringer LED is on ringing on

Incoming calls for the Executive will now ring on the Secretary’s extension.

Cancel Executive Ringer

-press Exec Ringer key on secretary extension

-Exec Ringer LED goes off ringing off
