Input voltage is below 11.0V or exceeds 15V.

Wrong voltage is set while charging Lithium or Pb batteries.
Wrong voltage is set, or batteries are over discharged, while charging Lithium or Pb batteries.

If the charger attempts to start charging with settings for NiCd/MH, or Pb batteries while there is a balancing cable connected to the balancing port of the charger. This helps prevent charging Lithium batteries in the wrong charge mode.
