Theuser is responsible forexpert use and the

Onlyever operatethe appliance under supervision.
Overheatedfatoroilcan easily catch fire. If you are
cookingwith fat or oil, e.g. chips, etc., never leave
thecookerunattended.
Caution! Over-greasedfiltersareafirerisk!Only
ever deep-fry under theextractor under constant
supervision. Pay attention to cleaning thegrease
filteronaregular basis.
Fire risk! Donotflambé meals under theextractor
hood!
Operationoftheextractorhood above ahearth for
solidfuels (coal or wood etc.) is only partly
permitted.
Gasappliances mayonlybeusedunder the
extractorhoodwhen pots and pans are placed on
them!
Donotoperateallhotplatessimultaneouslyovera
prolongedperiod(max.15 minutes)at maximum
thermalload, otherwise there is a risk of burns from
touching the housing surfaces or a risk of damaging
theextractorhood.When operating theextractor
hoodabove ahob,operatethehoodat maximum
settingifthree or more hotplates are on at the same
time.
Theappliance is not intended for use by young
childrenorinfirmedpersons without supervision.
Young children should be supervised to ensure they
donotplaywiththeappliance.
Donotletadults or children operatethe appliance
unsupervised:
if they are mentally or physicallyunable to use the
appliancesafelyandcorrectly,
if they don’t have theknowledgeandexperience
to usethe appliance safelyand correctly.
Whenchildrenbecome old enough to operatethe
appliance,it is the legal responsibility of the
parentsorlegalguardiansto ensurethat they are

Donotclean the appliance with a steam cleaning

Adequateincomingairmust be ensured if a wood,
coal,gas or oil heater or an open hearth is operated
inthe same room as the one in which the hood is
installed.
Safeoperationispossiblewheneverthe partial
vacuum in the place where the firing equipment is
installeddoesnotexceed 4 Pa (0.04 mbar). This
canbe achieved wheneverthe air needed for
combustionisable to enterthrough openings that
cannotbesealed, forexample in doors, windows,
incoming/exhaustairwall boxes or other technical
means.

only.
