Checking the Ringer Settings
Check the setting or each ringer (on, off) by pressing STORE, followed by LINE 1 or LINE 2 button when the phone is on the hook. The ringer setting of the selected line will be shown in the display.
Setting the Dialing Mode
1.Press STORE.
2.Press 1 for tone, 0 for pulse.
3.Press STORE again.
4.Press * to confirm.
NOTE: If you select TONE dialing, the TONE icon shows in the display for 15 seconds after you set your phone to TONE dialing.
Setting the Incoming Call Tone
When you are on one line and another call comes in on another line, you will hear an incoming call tone (two beeps for three ring cycles) through the handset receiver, speakerphone, or headset. To turn the call tone on or off:
NOTE: If you turn the ringer off for a line, the incoming call tone for that line is also automatically turned off.
1.Press the STORE button.
2.Press 1 for ON, 0 for OFF.
3.Press the STORE button again.
4.Press # to confirm.
Reset to Default Settings
You may reset all the programmable settings back to the default setting, if desired. Default settings are as follows:
Display contrast: MID 1
Dialing mode: TONE
Ringer volume: HIGH
