5 red potatoes, about 112 pounds

Scrub potatoes and cut each into 6 wedges. Place in a bowl. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with parsley and seasonings. Stir to mix. Pour into baking pan. Bake at 400ºF for 35 minutes or until fork tender. Makes 4 servings.

1 cup self-rising flour

2 tablespoons mayonnaise or sour cream

12 cup milk

Bake at 350ºF for 40 minutes or until lightly browned and apples are tender. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

3-ounce package cream cheese

6 tablespoons butter or margarine, room temperature

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup cake flour
