Para limpiar la puerta del horno

La puerta del horno se puede quitar para limpiar dentro del vidrio.

1.Quite la asadera, las rejillas y la charo- la para migajas para prevenir que se salgan.

2.Gire el tope de alambre de la puerta (situado en la parte posterior derecha del horno) hacia fuera.

3.Abra la puerta más allá del tope de la puerta hasta que la puerta de vidrio haga contacto con el mostrador.

Gire el tope de la puerta hacia fuera para abrir.

4.Levante la parte posterior del horno unas pulgadas para permitir que la puerta se deslice hacia fuera del carril en el mostrador.

5.Limpie la puerta con agua caliente con jabón.

NOTA: El reensamblado es exacta- mente lo opuesto al desensamblado.

ASEGÚRESE de girar el tope de la puerta de nuevo después de ensam- blar.

Espolvoree el resto del queso sobre la mezcla. Hornee a 350°F por unos 15 minutos o hasta que comience a burbujear. Sirva con tortilla chips. Se obtienen 8 porciones de aperitivo.

1 libra de carne molida magra

1 cebolla pequeña, picada fina

34 taza de pan rallado fresco

1 huevo batido

1 cucharada de queso parmesano rallado

1 cucharada de perejil fresco, picado fino

14 cucharadita de sal y de pimienta.

Combine todos los ingredientes y mézclelos bien. Divida la mezcla entre una asadera para 6 bollos. Hornee a 350°F por 30 minutos o hasta que estén hechos.
