EN LA VENTANA (cont.)

DUse un bloque de madera (obtenido localmente) entre los pernos de nivelación y la pared si la pared es débil o si el peso del acondicionador de aire cae entre columnas en la pared.

EAjuste los pernos y los tuercas de nivelación contra la pared exterior de forma tal que la caja tenga una ligera inclinación hacia la parte de afuera. Apriete las tuercas con una llave ajustable. Use un nivel; la inclinación correcta para la parte de afuera será una inclinación no superior a 1/2 burbuja.

FExtienda los paneles de acordeón izquierdos y derechos al marco vertical de la ventana. Taladre agujeros pilotos y pegue las esquinas superiores y inferiores con cuatro tornillos tipo D.

CIERRE Y LA JUNTA DE ESPUMA SUPERIOR DE LA VENTANA

ATaladre agujeros piloto y fije los soportes de cierre con dos tornillos tipo D, uno a cada lado.

BCorte la junta de espuma superior de la ventana al ancho de la ventana.

CRellene la espuma entre el vidrio y la ventana para evitar que aire e insectos se introduzcan en la habitación.
