Boththeovenandbroiler compartmentdoorsshouldbe closedduringbroiling.

Howto Broil

1.If meathasfator gristlenearthe edge,cutverticalslashesthrough bothabout2 inchesapart, butdon’t cutintomeat. Werecommendthat youtrim fatto preventexcessive smoking,leavinga layerabout l/8-inchthick.
