Place tender beef roasts on trivet in microwave safe dish. Insert probe from front horizontally into center meaty area not touching boneor fat. Coverwith wax paper.

Poultry, pork or ham roasts need no trivet. Add !4 cup water to roast dish, cover with plastic wrap, (For cooking bag method, see cook- book.) Insert probe into center meatyarea.

Place meat with probe in oven. in- sert cable end of probe firmly into receptacleon ovenwall.
