Allows you to microwave healthy food choices by servings or with sensor.

1Press MyPlate.gov (MyPyramid) pad.

2Enter the food type. See Cooking Guide for MyPlate.gov (MyPyramid) below for codes or check the display for food types.

3Enter the amount as prompted for non- sensor food selections.

NOTE FOR SENSOR COOKING: for best results do not open the door while cooking.

4Press START.

For non-sensor foods, you may open the door during cooking to check the food. Close the door and press START to resume cooking.
