(3)OPERATION OF ICEMAKER (AUTOMATIC ICE-MAKING APPARATUS)

GE Icemaker (automatic ice-making apparatus) does not

 

require manual water supply. Following completion of

 

installation of the water supply piping system, lower the

 

feeler arm switch to “ON.” Ice is now automatically made

 

and the icemaker will automatically shut off when the bucket

 

is filled with set amount of ice.

1. REMOVING THE ICE BUCKET

 

 

 

1. While holding bottom of the icemaker compartment cover,

 

gently push upward.

 

2. Pull forward to remove the icemaker compartment cover

 

and ice bucket together.

 

To replace ice bucket, push it straight back until it clicks in

place. If the ice bucket does not seat completely due to an

 

interference of the rotating wing on the back wall, pivot the

 

rotating wing by hand approximately 1/3 turn and retry.

2. CLEANING THE CUSTOM DISPENSER

 

 

 

Any spilled ice or water will evaporate naturally from the

 

bottom of the custom dispenser. If juice or other liquid is

spilled, however, residues will remain even if the water has

evaporated. Remove the recess cover and wipe with a warm,

 

damp cloth.
