Front Panel Controls
1POWER Press to switch between power on and Standby mode.
2 Disc Tray Use for playback of DVDs, CDs, etc.
3Sensor Infrared remote control sensor.
4 Front Panel Display Displays feedback on DVD System operation; see page 5.
5 ENTER & ARROW KEYS Y/B/A/" Use to navigate within on-screen menus without the remote control.
6VOLUME/CONTROL Rotate to adjust the volume.
7FUNCTION Press to switch control among the four main functions: DVD, Tuner, Video 1 and Video 2.
8EJECT Press to open and close the DVD deck, or to eject the tape from the VCR deck.
9STOP Press to stop playback.
10 PLAY/PAUSE Press once to start playback. Press again to pause playback. Press again to resume playback.
11 SKIP BACKWARD |AA/PRESET- In DVD mode, press to skip to the previous chapter or track. In Tuner mode, press to
skip to the previous Preset.
12 SKIP FORWARD ""|/PRESET+ In DVD mode, press to skip to the next chapter or track. In Tuner mode, press to skip
to the next Preset.
13 AM/FM Press to set the Tuner band to AM or FM.
14 SOUND Press to select among various preset EQ settings, such as FLAT, POP, ROCK, JAZZ or CLASSIC.
