The Graco Warranty and Disclaimers

Gracowarrants all equipment referenced in this document which is manufacturedby Graco and bearing its name to be free from

defectsin materialand workmanship on the dateof sale to the originalpurchaser for use. With the exception ofany special, extended,

orlimited warra nty published by Grac o,G raco will, for a period of twelve m onths from the date of sale,repair or replace any partof the

equipmentdeterminedby Graco to be defective. This warranty applies only when theequipment is installed, operatedand maintained

inaccordance with Graco’s written recommendations.

Thiswarranty does not cover,and Graco shall not be liable forgeneral wear and tear,or any malfunction, damageor wear caused by

faultyinstallation,misapplication,abrasion, corrosion,inadequate or improper maintenance, negligence, accident, tampering,or sub-

stitutionof non-Graco component parts. Nor shall Graco be liable for malfunction,damage or wear caused by the incompatibility of

Gracoequipment with structures, accessories,equipment or materials not supplied by Graco, or theimproper design, manufacture,

installation,operation or maintenance of structures,accessories, equipment or materials not supplied by Graco.

Thiswarranty is conditioned upon the prepaid returnof the equipment claimed to be defectiveto an authorized Graco distributor for

verificationof thec laimeddefect. If the claimeddefect is verified, Graco willrepair or replace free ofcharge any defective parts. The

equipmentwillbe returned to the originalpurchaser transportationprepaid. Ifinspectionof the equipment does notdisclose any defect

inmaterial or workmanship, repairs willbe made at a reasonable charge, which charges may include the costs of parts,labor, and

transportation.

THISWARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE, AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES,EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT

NOTLIMITED TO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTYOF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Graco’ssoleobligation and buyer’s soleremedy for any breach of warranty shall be as set forthabove. Thebuyer agreesthatno other

remedy(including,but not limited to, incidentalor consequential damages for lost profits,lost sales, injury toperson or property,or any

otherincidentalor consequential loss) shall be available. Anyaction for breach of warranty must be brought withintwo (2) years of the

dateof sale.

GRACOMAKES NO WARRANTY, AND DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIEDWARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR

A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IN CONNECTION WITH ACCESSORIES, EQUIPMENT,MATERIALS OR COMPONENTS SOLD

BUT NOT MANUFACTUREDBY GRACO. These itemssold, but not manufacturedby Graco (such as electric motors, switches,

hose,etc.),are subject to the warranty,if any,of their manufacturer. Graco willprovide purchaser with reasonableassistance in mak-

ingany claim for breach of these warranties.

Inno event will Graco be liable forindirect, incidental, special orconsequential damages resulting from Graco supplyingequipment

hereunder,or the furnishing, performance,or use of any products or other goods sold hereto,whether due to a breach of contract,

breachof warranty, the negligence of Graco, or otherwise.

Theparties acknowledge that they have required thatthe present document, as well as all documents, notices and legal proceedings

enteredinto, givenor instituted pursuant heretoor relating directly orindirectly hereto, be drawn up in English. Lesparties reconnais-

Graco does provideextended warranty and wear warranty for products described in the “Graco Contractor EquipmentWarranty

Program”.
