1.KEEP CLEAR! Gate may move at any time.

2.Do not allow children to operate gate or play in gate area.

3.This gate is for vehicles only. Pedestrians must use a separate entrance.

Warning signs (2) to be installed on each side of the gate (3–5 feet above the bottom of the gate)

TO MANUALLY OPEN AND CLOSE THE GATE: 1. Turn control box power switch OFF.

2. Disconnect operator arm from gate brackets.

3. Manually swing gate to desired position.

Disconnect operator ONLY when the control box power switch is OFF and the gate is NOT moving.
