To make a SkypeOut call, you must enter the number in the following way (whether for domestic or international calls):
“00” or “+”

1.Dial the phone number by pressing the USB phone keypad.
2.Press the 
key to call the number.
Note: If you want to use this function, you must have set up a SkypeOut account first. Check the Skype website for
Saving a SkypeOut Contact
1. To save a SkypeOut number, click Contacts > Add a Contact.
2.Enter the number you would like to save and click Next. Remember to use "+" or "00" before the actual number to make it SkypeOut compatible.
